How do I download the Marcus Mobile APP?

Download the Marcus Theatres app for free on iOS or Android.  Waive the convenience fee by entering your Magical Movie Rewards account number before you place your order.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account.  This is not your Magical Movie Rewards profile, but you will be able to add it later once you create your account for the app.

If you are already a member, you will be prompted to enter your information on the last step of the account creation process. If you have a card you received and registered at a Theatre, your rewards card number will be located on the back of the card.

Once you have signed up or signed in with your existing account, you can now continue to purchase tickets.

Why am I being charged extra fees on the app, even though I am a member?

 When ordering tickets through the Marcus Theatres Mobile App, the fee should appear as waived on the "Booking Summary" screen. If a service fee is listed on the "Booking Summary" screen, your Magical Movie Rewards card number has not been entered correctly into the mobile app. Open the menu and select "Profile" and then selecting “Rewards” to enter your correct account information. Unfortunately, Marcus Theatres cannot refund the convenience fee once it is paid through the app.
